I brought Mark in to help our in-house digital design studio. Our workload had massively increased, and we needed maternity leave cover. Mark has been brilliant; I could honestly not have asked for any more. Mark joined at a very odd time during COVID, and he hit the ground running. Mark’s primary role was to work with five other designers to create assets for all of B&Q and TradePoint’s digital channels. Mark worked on everything from simple alterations to creating complete infographics, illustrations, UI & UX problems, and creative concepts. Mark got to grips with our systems, processes and guidelines so fast and being over 100 miles away didn’t matter either; he is a great team player, and we hope to keep working with him in the future.
