In response to lock down I set up an online acting academy with Gary Owston (Senior Voice and Dialect Tutor at the Bristol Old Vic Drama School for 20 years). The academy's goal was to offer online workshops and courses to actors who wanted to carry on learning during lock down.
I initially created a look and feel that was quite grand and ornate that reflected the name of the academy, however as time progressed and I became more aware of the market we were operating in this approach didn't seam very inclusive. So a little change of direction was required. I softened and simplified the logo and added a new icon element for IG. The feedback from old and new students was great and more inline with our values and objectives of making professional drama training available to all.
